The warm and attentive staff were always available, which was a significant plus. From their assistance in laundry to the helpful concierge services, every interaction felt personal. The complimentary Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, while the location allowed for effortless exploration of nearby attractions like Parque Calderon and the magnificent Catedral. On a practical note, just a heads up - there are no elevators, so be prepared for the stairs! For anyone considering a stay, whether for group events or a cultural getaway, this place is certainly a memorable base in Cuenca.
